General Conditions:
– Bridge Toyota reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
– Bridge Toyota is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur.
– By entering the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility:
– The Bridge Toyota Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all customers who had a Toyota Service Advantage service and/or a Toyota Warranty repair.
– Participants must be residents of Australia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
How to Enter:
– Entry open to Toyota Service Advantage and Warranty customers who receive an invitation by email/SMS to complete their Toyota service survey. Answering the survey automatically enters them in the draw.
Winner Selection:
– Winners will be selected in a random drawing held within two (2) days after the Promotion’s conclusion.
– Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
– If a winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the initial notification or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Promotion Period:
– This is a monthly draw. Entries for each draw will be accepted from the 1st day of the calendar month and close at 11:59 pm on the last day of the same calendar month (the “Promotion Period”).
Prizes:
– There will be one (1) winner selected every month.
– The winner will receive a $250 Visa gift card.
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Publicity:
– By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to Bridge Toyota’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
Privacy:
– Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
