Last week, we hosted our Thrive Together event for the incredible women of Bridge Toyota—a celebration of the talent, strength, and passion that drives our team forward every day.

This event was more than just a gathering; it was a space to connect, inspire, and share experiences. From meaningful discussions on leadership and wellness (including tackling imposter syndrome) to creative moments with our Paint and Sip session, the afternoon was filled with insight, laughter, and empowerment.

A big focus was placed on how Bridge Toyota, Eagers Automotive Limited, and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia actively support women in the workplace. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of fostering an environment that champions growth and recognises every individual’s contributions.
