At Bridge Toyota, we don’t only serve the community, we are a part of it. Every year, we receive more sponsorship requests than we are able to support. Whilst it’s always great to hear about the different activities going on in our local community, it troubles us that we unable to support them all. So we decided to come up with a way to be more involved with our community.

How do I apply?

By filling out the form below, you can take advantage of the Community BBQ at your next fundraiser. Depending on availability of course!

We will check that the Community BBQ is available on your preferred dates and work with you on arranging a suitable time to pick it up

BBQ Terms of Use

By submitting this reservation request, the borrowing organisation agrees that they may be responsible for any damage incurred to the barbecue trailer during the borrowing period. The organisation may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged components, up to the full replacement value of the barbecue trailer. Additionally, the organisation agrees to return the barbecue trailer in clean and good working condition by the agreed-upon return date and time. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or forfeiture of future borrowing privileges.

    Any local organisation who needs our support, subject to approval and nature of the event.

  • Q What does it cost use?

    The Community BBQ is completely FREE.

  • Q Can we use it more than once?

    Yes, but will depend on availability.

  • Q How do we collect it?

    Collection is easy! Let us know your preferred dates and we will prepare the BBQ for collection. All you need is a vehicle with a towball with a 7 pin large round or flat connector.

  • Q What does Bridge Toyota Supply?

    We supply the gas, the BBQ and utensils.
